BeatBuddy Pro Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are gross prices (including VAT). Available payment methods include: bank transfer, credit card, and online payments. Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order. Shipping costs and delivery times are shown during the checkout process. Please note that the store is not responsible for delays resulting from courier company operations.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the order. To exercise this right, please send a declaration to office@beatbuddypro.com. The product must be in its original, unopened condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories included. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The customer covers the direct costs of returning the product. However, in case of an accepted complaint, return costs will be refunded to the customer.

The right to return does not apply if the device has been damaged due to improper use, has been modified, or if the original packaging and accessories are missing. The device must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging materials.

In case of product defects, customers can file a complaint by sending a notification to office@beatbuddypro.com. Complaints are reviewed within 14 days of being filed.
